Nate Brewster: Executive Chef & Director
Our director, Nate Brewster, is the creative mind behind all of our delicious catering creations with his innate passion for all things food, beverage and hospitality. Experimenting and developing dishes to find new flavour combinations and textures for any event requirement is what Nate does best.
Fun Fact: Nate has swam across the equator and in the Antarctic (yes it was pretty chilly!)
Dalim Ceslar: Head Chef
A member of the team since our owners previous venture at ‘Chester Boyd’, Dalim has a long-standing history with our company. Expertly leading our team of talented chefs, he ensures that all of our events are executed in a seamless manner.
Fun Fact: Always needing his caffeine-fix, Dalim's first coffee will determine his mood for the day.
Robin Lemon: Sous Chef
Robin stumbled across AlchemyLive after reading an article about our sister restaurant ‘Boyds Grill & Wine Bar’. Robin now leads the team during the pinnacle of any event, the main course. Known for his outstanding jus and sauces, it's Robin's talents as an expert chef that bring all our dishes together.
Fun Fact: Robin once won a local pie competition with his famous cottage pie; all thanks to his secret sauce.
Jorge Cuartas: Senior Sous Chef
Bringing a Spanish flare to our kitchen, Jorge moved to England in order to expand his culinary career. His intricate attention to detail means he is an integral part of the kitchen team. Producing elegant starters, Jorge wows clients with his impeccable presentation to accompany the mouth-watering flavours.
Fun Fact: The kitchen is the place that Jorge truly feels at home.
Kerrie Hanafin: Event Manager
If your event revolves around technology, then Kerrie is your go-to girl. Starting out as an events technician, Kerrie soon followed her true passion to become an event manager. Designing canapé trays to organising a celebrity dinner, she relishes in the variety that events provide.
Fun Fact: Kerrie attends seventy festivals and gigs each year.
Chloe Benest: Event Manager
Chloe is our chameleon. Having previously worked as an events officer for one of our longest standing clients, she made the switch to in-house event management. She can literally walk in the client’s shoes as she was once there herself. This level of understanding means that Chloe can provide the correct amount of expertise and empathy needed to make any event a success.
Fun Fact: Chloe can lick her elbow …
Ellie Tuohy: Events Executive
There’s nothing Ellie loves more than adding the finishing touches to all her events. From unique entertainment to thoughtful goodie bags, you can count on her to conjure up some memorable flourishes to make your event extra special.
Fun Fact: Ellie recently completed the London marathon in 2018, the hottest on record!
Andreas Pseftoudis: Senior Operations Manager Andreas will do whatever it takes to make an event a huge success. Whatever the client’s requirements he won’t stop until he finds a way to make it happen. Managing our talented operations team, Andreas is here to ensure the delivery of a five star service from the moment guests enter through our doors.
Fun Fact: Andreas was once asked to play for the Greek national rugby team.
Tina Yaneva: Operations Manager
Tina began her AlchemyLive journey when she moved to London as part of her studies back in 2015. After the completion of her degree, we couldn’t face seeing her leave and so offered her a full-time job. A perfectionist at heart, nothing pleases her more than watching the enjoyment on her client’s faces after a faultless service.
Fun Fact: Forget spiders and snakes, Tina’s actually scared of butterflies!
